Do you charge a service or appliance diagnostic fee?
Yes, we charge a flat-rate diagnostic fee to send a technician to your home or business.
Our Residential Service Charge is $97.
Our Commercial Service Charge is $197.
However, if you choose to proceed with the repair, this fee is waived and applied directly toward the cost of the fix.
Are your appliance repairs guaranteed?
Yes. Appliance EMT offers a 90-day parts and labor guarantee on qualifying repairs. Your technician will explain what is covered before the repair is completed.
Is it better to repair or replace my appliance?
It depends on the age of the appliance, the cost of the repair, the availability of parts, and the condition of the unit. In many cases, repairing a refrigerator, oven, washer, dryer, or dishwasher is more cost-effective than replacing it. Our technician will inspect the appliance and explain whether repair makes sense.
Do your technicians carry replacement parts?
Yes. Our technicians carry a wide selection of common appliance parts to complete most repairs in one visit. If a return is required for special parts, you will not be charged an additional trip fee.
