Job Duties:

Diagnose and repair a wide variety of household and commercial appliances including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to serve as the primary contact for appliance-related customer concerns in Buford, GA. This role plays a vital part in fostering strong client relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and upholding our company’s reputation through professional and culturally aware service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
Investigate and resolve customer issues thoroughly by coordinating with internal departments as needed
De-escalate challenging situations while maintaining a calm, professional, and solution-oriented approach
Communicate effectively with both English- and Russian-speaking clients to ensure full understanding and resolution of concerns
Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in company systems
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to leadership to improve processes and prevent future problems
Follow up with customers post-resolution to confirm satisfaction and reinforce positive relationships

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in customer relations, customer service, or complaint resolution
