The technician came to my house within the time frame I was given. He proceeded to look at the refrigerator and provided an accurate assessment of what the problem was (the fan was no longer working). He came back 2 days later, as promised, and proceeded to replace the fan. There was lots of ice build up which had to be removed before he could replace the fan. It was a very labor- intensive effort to cleanup everything. Long story short, the fan was replaced and the refrigerator is working fine now. Since this was our first time we had a problem with the refrigerator, I can’t provide any comments on the cost charged. All I can say is that we are happy with the results and it saved us from having to purchase a new one. Five out five on the service provided, timeliness, proffesionalism and end results.”
